Purchase Options – Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to all purchase options offered by GOATS, including one-time purchases and subscription-based orders (if available).

One-Time Purchases

For standard one-time orders, cancellation is only possible before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once your order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further information.


Subscription Purchases (if applicable)

If we offer subscription-based purchase options, the following cancellation rules apply:

Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective for future deliveries.

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing date.
    After billing has occurred, the upcoming shipment cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel your subscription, you can manage your account settings or contact us at info@goats.at.

Skipping a Delivery

If available in your customer account, you may skip an upcoming order before the billing date.
Skips after billing are not possible.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

  • The system will attempt to re-charge the payment method.

  • If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.


Changes to Your Subscription

You may update your:

  • delivery frequency

  • shipping address

  • payment method

  • product selection

Changes must be made before the next billing date to take effect for the upcoming order.


Refunds on Subscription Orders

Once a subscription order has been billed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless required by law or covered under our Refund & Return Policy.
