Shipping Information

GOATS ships orders from our location in Austria. All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

Estimated delivery times:

Austria

  • Standard shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express shipping (if available): 1–2 business days

European Union

  • Standard shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

International Shipping

At this time, we may limit shipping to certain countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@goats.at.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available) and a link to track your shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (Outside Austria)

Orders shipped outside Austria or the EU may be subject to:

  • customs fees

  • import taxes

  • duties

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


Delivery Issues

GOATS is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • delays due to customs or border inspections

  • incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. You may also contact us for assistance.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • failure to pick up the package

  • refusal of delivery

…will be refunded minus shipping costs, once received back in good condition.
Re-shipping is available upon request, with additional shipping fees.


Shipping of Food Products (Instant Oats)

We take special care when packaging food items. However:

  • Heat, cold, or transit conditions may affect packaging appearance.

  • Instant Oats remain safe for consumption as long as the original seal is intact.

We do not take responsibility for aesthetic packaging dents caused during transport.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will evaluate the issue and offer a solution.
