We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
unopened,
unused,
in the same condition you received it,
in its original packaging.
Opened or unsealed food products (such as Instant Oats) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Packages sent without postage or "return to sender" cannot be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened food items (including Instant Oats)
Sale items and gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, feel free to contact us.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order for the replacement item.
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The item must still be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Opened food products are excluded from the EU cooling-off return.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
